Landscape architecture and garden design is what GARDENS of Keith Davitt & Partners is all about. We have been designing and implementing landscapes for over thirty years, across America and abroad. When we take on a design project we sensitively search for the clues and insights hidden within the site and from the indications we gain from you until we find the approach that is lying in wait on your property, is reflective of your sense of aesthetics, and more than satisfies your needs and wants.
What to expect:
The quality of a landscape design is in the design. Our time is spent in the creative process of discovering the right approach to your property which we then render in a conceptual, plan-view hand drawing and hand renderings. Although CAD drawings can save time and are the standard for architectural firms, we strongly believe that working with a software program such as CAD and making use of pre-programmed design elements is a disservice to the design process and ultimately, to you.
Generally, we prefer to supply a proposed plant list rather than detailed planting plan. The planting design is best created at the nursery where the plant selection is best made, and on site, where the plant combinations are best created for the most dynamic, original and pleasing results.

Once the design work has been completed we will submit a reasonable estimate for any needed construction drawings, and produce them as required.
